How can i unlock the blocking of OUTLOOK.EXE by AVG email shield?

I got a message yesterday in the header of an email in my professional email, AVG "VIRUS" and the email went to the deleted box.  Today AVG messaged again:

So today my Outlook doesnot send orr eceive any emails, big shit.  How to solve this??

Has AVG not protected enough, or not in time, or is it overprotecting?   I have to get Outlook working!  Any one any advise?

I have checke but also these emails go directly to my Outlook.  And there i cannit receive nor send.
Would it be possible to explain here what i have to do?
