Outlook hyperlink does not work since AVG laptop performance fix

Hello Ansia,
Please be informed that the AVG PC TuneUp program will not conflict with the functionalities of the Outlook program. However please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Since I allowed AVG to fix my laptop's slow performance my emails hyperlinks on outlook 2007 state:"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." - I am the administrator and only user of my laptop.

Please assist urgently.
