Hi
I am an Outlook User and am now unable to download my gmail messages, outlook reports a "Cannot connect to server" message. Turning off AVG enables emails to be downloaded as previously.
Other email addresses I have set up in outlook are stil working fine, it is only gmail which is affected.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for this reposnse: this seems to possibly be an intermitternt fault as emails have come through whern i turned off AVG protection and have cdontinued to be recfeived when i turned AVG back on and restarted my pc. I will put the call on hold and contact you if the problem reoccurs.
