Hello Barbara,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community support.
We'll certainly check and help you.
May I confirm if you've disabled AVG Internet Security and checked the issue? If haven't, then please do so using the following steps.
- Kindly right-click the AVG icon in the notification area of your Windows taskbar, then in the menu that appears, click the green slider next to Protection is ON.
- Click OK, stop to confirm that you want to disable all AVG protection.
- The slider turns red (OFF), and all AVG components are disabled. AVG protection will re-enable automatically the next time you reboot your PC.
Thank you and keep us updated.
I am no longer able to send and receive emails from Microsoft Outlook 365. Here is the error message:
Task 'dcbrc@ca.rr.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC67) : ' The server responded: 421 concurrent connection limit in AVG exceeded(pass:0, processes:OUTLOOK.EXE[99])'
We're glad to know that, Barbara.
Thank you for updating the status. Have a great day. Stay safe!

Also, I had to remove McAfee Virus Scan. Even though I disabled McAfee, the software was still running in the background. As soon as I removed McAfee, AVG was able to run correctly and outlook worked properly again. Support agent from AVG helped me with this.
