Outlook not connecting if the fake website shield enabled

My Outlook stops connecting to the exchange server after installing AVG internet security full mode, after troubleshooting the problem only appears if I enable the fake website shield under payment protection.
once it is disabled the outlook starts working fine I even tried to uncheck the "Support Encrypted DNS in browser" while keeping the fake website shield enabled but it doesn't work, it has to be disabled in order for outlook to work!

is there any FIX for this problem?
