Hello Colin,
We are sorry to hear that. Please disable AVG temporarily from the AVG system tray icon (bottom right corner of the desktop) and check if you are able to send emails. If you are able to send, please run AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) from control panel and check if that fix this issue.

Sending emails not working since updating to 17.4.3014 MS Outlook 365.  Email receiving is working.
