Hi,

Since yesterday i have to disable the e-mailshield in order to be able to get my email with outlook 365. Otherwise i get connection error 0x800CCC0E.

Regards,
Gunther.

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Gunther.
Upon checking the error code 0x800CCC0E, it seems to be related with SMTP authentication (outgoing server).
Would you be so kind to clarify whether you're able to send emails, without any issues?
Meanwhile, please try entering the Geek area as mentioned in this article to disable 'Scan SSL connections' under Email shield & let us know if it helps.

I have the free version 22.6.3242 (versie 22.6.7355.731)
I have again downloaded the installation file and let it run.
After reboot i still have to disable email shield in order to fetch email.

Nope, i can not send either, only when i disable the shield, the mail will be send.
I can not open the geek article at the moment, it seems the section of the website is down.
This is the error code …
