My outlook will not sync since the AVG update of 4/17/20.  
Microsoft had me shut down AVG to make the sync work and suggested me to contact AVG as it was causing the non-sync issue.  
What is your fix for this issue?

I have replied back via facebook
Still having issues and MS says it is AVG as when we disable AVG Outlook works properly.  Shortly after 20-40 minutes with AVG enabled Outlook wll not syn all folders and gets stuck/unresponsive.
Going back to MS again in attempt to resolve issue which just began after AVG update.  
Also you website is malfunctioning.  It puts you into a circle which cannot be broken.  There is NO possible way to connect with support thru your website.
