Over 200 sensitive documents found upon scan, which upon upgrade, have disappeared?

Hello Shaun,

It seems that you have might have clicked on "protect all" option that would have appeared after the scan of AVG Internet Security.
If you have protected the files using sensitve data shield component of AVG Internet Security, then those files wouldn't appear in the next scan.
Refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned under "Manage Protected Documents" category to check the files that was protected.
If you add any new document to your computer, then it would appear in the next "sensitive documents" scan of AVG internet security.
To know which files are protected by "sensitve data shield" component, refer this FAQ.
Thank you.

I ran a scan on my computer, over 200 sensitive documents found, which I can't even find myself with the location supplied by your scan, literally the hardware address, and it's not there. Also, once I upgraded to see if there's anything I could do about them, suddenly AVG can't find them? Also, these are documents I would have deleted, and I've changed hard drives since, using an image of the old OS on my new hard drive. Why can it find these documents? And why can't it find them anymore?
