It appears that I have been charged twice for my AVG protection, £79.99 on 4th February 2024 and again £84.99 on 15th June 2024. Looking back into our accounts it appears that there was a charge of £79.99 in February 2023 and another charge in June 2023. Can you please look into this matter and refund as mecessary.
