Overcharging by AVG for subscriptions

Thanks for you help in this matter.  My email account is currently the gmail one which is the domain I wish to use in future. Please merge account.

In November 2016 AVG took two payments from my bank account for an internet security package.  I wrote to them in the UK and got no reply re overcharging.  This November I did not renew my subscription to AVG but was still charged for it and now they are telling my my coverage has expired.  Now I cannot avail of what I have been charged for.  So angry about this.  Am unable to locate on their site the package I have been charged for and now have no protection while online

I have successfully merged the account and your only active AVG account is for your Gmail email address.
Did you use your renewed AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license and got the subscription activated?
