Overdue payment

I regret for the inconvenience caused. I see that you have been charged twice for your AVG Internet Security unlimited, hence it is good till 2019.8.5. But you can apply refund for the double charge at https://support.avg.com/RefundForm . To activate AVG Internet Security unlimited, please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select 'Leave this network' option and confirm it by clicking on 'Leave' button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of AVG user interface to assist further.

05-08-2017 I paid USD 49,9 for 1 year of full protection, but only got BASIC..Looking in my bank I detected that I paid again same amount the 10-08-2017..I am on old man (85 years) and do notunderstand, what to do to get the full protection and my overdue payment back ???
