I paid my next 12 month's AVG Anti-Virus Protection renewal on March, 23rd, 2017.
AVG pop-up requested me to update to the latest version. I forgot I had only recently paid for the next 12 months and paid again today (April, 27th, 2017)! How do I get my money refunded for this overpayment?
I also have the Win32/Heur.dropper Trojan virus on my laptop and AVG hasn't stopped it accessing my computer and won't remove it either!
