Hi Paul,
We understand your concern regarding the Refund, we suggest you to reply to the email from the refund team and they will get back to you regarding this issue.
Thank you!
I have recently sent the following reply but have yet to receive my refund on my AVG licence overpayment..
Please refund this overpayment to my bank account!
I also replied re my March, 23rd initial licence payment - which covers two computers. The first computer is no longer internet connected - so I accepted Kristyna's suggestion to merge that double computer licence into one - extending me into 2019 with this one computer.
The following (overpayment) - where I bought the AVG licence again needs refunding back to my account - urgently! Thank you!

"Hello Kristyna,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I do indeed have two exisiting licences - both of which were paid on March, 23rd (payment to cover two computers). It would be more beneficial to me to merge those two licences I bought on the 23rd into just one - to last me as you say until Nov, 7th, 2019. The older computer has various faults and isn't connected to the internet - so that licence is just wasted on that one. I only use the one computer now, so if those two licences can be merged for me for this one computer laptop then that is better for me alround.
As to the accidental additional purchase made on April, 27th - for a further AVG licence - I am currently very short on money - I need that refund of £46.99 back in my bank please.
I still have a Trojan Virus on my laptop that has got through your anti-virus software and I need help in removing it please. It's the Win32.Heur.Dropper virus
I have some screen shots for you which I will include on this email as attachments. If they can't be opened at your end I will use your previous email that requested the screen shots, when I was contacted by another member of the AVG staff who asked for them.
Kind Regards - and looking forward to assistance removing this Trojan virus permanenty. It is currently in my C Drive.
Paul
P.S: I wasn't able to send the screen shots in my reply email so will have to send them seperately."
