Hi My AVG was coming up for renewal on 12th January so on 3rd January I purchased a new AVG Internet Security a two year version for 3 PC's and I registered the product with AVG and updated it onto my computer, however, even thought I did this AVG still took an automatic payment from my bank account on 12 January 2015 for £33.99. Now I have paid twice. I want to speak to Customer Services at AVG to get this refunded please.
