hi, I have upgraded to windows 10 and cannot re load my avg programme as the above error comes up… i've removed this several times with the removal tool and taken all other antivirus programmes/ fire walls off. I have the same problem with my daughters new laptop.

how can I get around this so these laptops are protected?

hi, i think the program is avg Zen, the error comes up as with many others i've read on here as 'event exec_finished'… this happens on both mine and my daughters laptops where as i've used this programme on windows 7 for the last few years…
