I cannot uninstall two products. I installed another AVG product and it asked for a License Number (had no idea it required one). Here is the message I always get:
"AVG is not able to recognize your License Number.
Please click on Re-enter and enter your license number again.
If does not resolve the problem please reinstall AVG."
The problem, I cannot uninstall both products at all. States I first have to uninstall the product requesting a License Number. I never had one! I would like to uninstall the one App. then install the AVG free App. again.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications.
If not, please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
4. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
