It works for me if I maximaze it before scrolling down, please try it.
Thanks
Since installing 2015 AVG Free Anti-virus on two laptops and two PC's I am unable to scroll to the bottom of the page on any of them when doing the following: Go to the "Options" tab and select "Advanced Settings…* Schedules * Scheduled Scan * Settings. This is happening on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and also Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 64 bit. The farthest I can scroll down on this page is to show half of the "Adjust scanning speed" sliding button. I cannot scroll any farther than that or see anything below it. Because of this I can no longer schedule a scan and have the computer shutdown automatically after the scan is complete. Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem or fix the bug that is causing this?
Thank you.
Hi Alan,
Sorry I fat fingered the version number the first time I keyed it into the post and have been copy and pasting from that post for all following post. The version with the problem is 2015.0.5577 and NOT 2015.0.5557 which was a typo. I tried to copy screen prints into earlier postings but post would not let me do it.
Hi Marshall,
I would like to inform you that this issue should be fixed in build 5602 and higher.
Thanks
OK Marshall, I'm sure Zbynek will be interested in that info but in addition to the 2nd part of my 1st posting please bear in mind that it's now the weekend.

Marshall, Have you tried the latest version 2015.5577?.

Hello again Alan,
Thank you for trying to help. I installed the 64 bit version of AVG Free and it has the same scrolling problem. To be honest I could not tell if I had 32 bit or 64 bit version before I removed it and installed the 64 bit version. I can tell you that it is definitely an AVG application program bug. I can also tell you it is NOT only in the FREE version but also the Trial Version which means it is most likely in the Full Paid Version. I cannot find a way to report this problem to AVG so I hope you have the capability to report the bug. I DID fix the problem on all the PC's & Laptops. Here is what I did: I searched for an older version of AVG FREE. I found it at filehippo.com. I removed AVG FREE version 2015.0.5557 and then downloaded and installed AVG FREE version 2015.0.5315. Problem fixed!!! I then disabled the option to check for newer versions on the program so it does not try to reinstall the latest 2015.0.5557 version. This bug is a big problem for anyone who wants to schedule a scan at night and then have the PC shutdown after the scan is complete so I hope it is fixed soon so I can keep up with the latest anti-virus program versions.
Thank you again for your time.
OK Marshall, Have you tried using the full 64bit off-line 165 MB install file (http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-free-all-product)?.
