Paid 1 month not downloading

I've brought one month, and installed it. However the install stopped at 96% and then said it needed to close because of and error;  0xe0010509 ... 

I have since talked to a technician on this sight who sent me an email on how to uninstall everything and re download, so I've followed the steps and uninstalled everything, now I have NO PROTECTION, and the final step is telling me to "Buy now, we'll install if for you" But I've already paid and am not paying again. 

So I'm here waiting for a response while I'm not protected....
