Paid a year bill but still no Authorized

Dear AVG Support team,

Firstly, I had paid the year bill at 22:30 via Aripay today, but it have nothing happened.
Then I paid at 22:41 again, so AVG charged us one more time fee!

Please help to solve this problem, thank you!
