Paid and no activation of AVG

I used AVG Free, got an offer, 1 year, for more security, paid 19,08 € to
Worldline, NL44DEUT0496286323, DATE 7 AUG and
I AVG++ did not work, I did not recieve any e-mail!
How can I activate AVG  ?
