Paid AVG subscriptions

Does anyone know how I can get a technician to speak to me in Australia, I have paid for Tune-up and now in the 11th month still cant get it to install properly, it installs but wont accept my code.
Tried the USA number… won't connect.
Also it seems they have let me pay for Internet security twice… would really like to address this too. Cant' seem to make contact with anyone
