We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, we see that you have AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription) valid till 3/5/2018. If you have already installed AVG Internet security in your computer, please open the AVG Zen program and click on your email address on the top right corner.
*Select Leave the network option.
*Once you leave, please click on Connect and login to existing AVG my account with your email and password.
*Wait for sometime, AVG Internet security unlimited will get activated.
If you have not installed AVG Internet security unlimited, please click on the link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_1816.exe and install the program.

In the My Account section, it says that I can download an invoice from January. However, I cannot download it AND got a notice that my protection ended on 3/5/17. What goes??? I never got an email about it ending, only a box that said something about AVG ZEN. I thought I'd been hacked.
