Please let us know what happens exactly while connecting through AVG Secure VPN. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. Also, clarify whether you've subscribed AVG Secure VPN using a different email address than the one that you've used to reach us here or through App store.
