Paid for 1 year subscription and it still on free

ive paid for 1 year subscription for Avg ultimate. i received a email with the order no but when i go to my account there is no paid subscription. ive been to the my avg dashboard and I've tried logging out and logging back in . it says activating internet security. but nothing happens. ive done a restart also but im still on the free avg. could you please help. or i will be asking for a refund.
