Paid for 2-year subscription but AVG received expired license e-mail

Many of us had … also about other AVG programs … must be an error in their emailhandling … no worries I think

I paid for a 2-year subscription for 2 computers in Aug. of 2014 but I received an e-mail last week saying my license had expired. My software seems to be working fine but it suddenly doesn't work on my wife's computer. Additionally, when I log in to my AVG account, it says that I don't have any current subscriptions.
