Paid for 2 year subscription ,,,saying I need to reactivate

Hello Linda, may I know which version of AVG program is installed on your computer? For example: AVG 9.0, AVG 2011, AVG 2014, AVG 2015.

I am aggravated about getting constant notices to reactivate when I bought a 2 year subscripion and should be good for another year.  Also paid for subscritpion for another computer and will not accept activation key even when I copy and paste … I'm getting very discouraged with this product.
