Sorry for the trouble, please go to control panel and check if AVG Secure is listed there. If so, open run command by pressing windows key and R key simultaneously. Select AVG Secure VPN and click on restart service at the left pane.
Turn on your AVG Secure VPN and check with the activation. We are here if you need further assistance.
Hi, I paid for a subscription to your VPN service today (1/1/18) along with a password protection software. The password protection loaded as you advised, however the VPN will not. I have tried everything that you advised without success. Can you rectify this or would you prefer to refund my subscription?
