Paid for AVG Performance but still says "expired"

We are sorry to hear about that. Could you confirm whether you are receiving the expiry notice on Protection component or Performance component when you launch AVG Zen? Also please let me know if you had used AVG PC Tuneup trial version before installing AVG Zen. Thank you.

Hi.

I bought the Performance package Jan.23, but the program still says "expired".
What am i suppose to do with this?
I have confirmed my email-adress and logged is several times on the avg website (Myaccount).

what am i doing wrong? Can you/someone fix this?
