Yes, we can sort this out. It looks like there is an activation issue with Ultimate subscription.
We request you not to share the order number or any personal detail on a public post.
We can resolve the issue with AVG Driver Updater and Ultimate through email as it is necessary to provide the registration key.

Thank you for your reply 5 May 2018. You have stated that I have AVG Ultimate which expires on 2019.11.9 yet I am still being asked to update my subscription!! and that my payment card is out of date on 30 June 2018!!
I have also paid £19.99 for AVG Driver Updater on 8 June 2018 and the order number is 14132815738 which I did on the 8 June 2018. When I have tried - unsuccessfully to update my drivers I KEEP getting a message that I need to 'Renew'. I have also given the Registration Key which is NOT recognised!! What is happening to your company??
As you have stated also in your reply to me on 5 May 2018 I didn't need to keep AVG Internet Security as I was using AVG Ultimate (Exp. 2019.12.26) and also AVG Tuneup was covered by AVG Ultimate - I cancelled those subscriptions on 8 June 2018.
