Was hoping you could help me with the following:
- I bought AVG Ultimate after creating a myaccount, installed AVG and logged in with it, but it looks like I don't have the subscription I paid for. It says that the trial version will expire in less than a month.
An thoughts on how to proceed?

Yes, I'm sure I've used the correct email. Did it yesterday late in the afternoon. For some reason though even after following the steps, this still happened.
