Paid for Pc tuneup but not activating!

So I just recently paid for the PC TuneUp after having a free trial. I set this up 2 days before the trial expired and payment came out if my account. However when I go to run tuneup it says my trial has expired and I need to buy now! This is annoying and would like a solution to this problem please. Also when I log into my account it says I have no subscriptions which is odd as payment has been taken from me.
