I have paid for AVG ultimate and password protection, (order number 11557406372) - however its not showing up in my account nor being activated in my computer. From browsing through the forums I notice many others have been having this problem as well. Can you please tell me if this problem has been fixed for others by senior management after escalation? And if not, how do I go on getting a refund? Thanks
