Paid for product but unable to find it in account to download

I understand that you're experiencing issues with AVG Internet Security activation. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > AVG Subscription > Enter license number. If you see your email address then you can click on logout and after that you will be able to see Enter license number button. If you don't see the option to enter license number, then please share a screenshot of the AVG Internet Security user interface to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello, I purchased the AVG Internet Security product a while back (April), but cannot find it in my account details to download onto another device.  The free trial doesn't give an option to upgrade using the order number provided in the invoice.  I require the license key instead.  Thanks if you can help and Merry Christmas.
