Paid for product, won't quit saying 'buy upgrade'

After I downloaded the trial version of AVG Tune Up and really liked it, I bought the upgrade to Tune Up Unlimited and AVG Driver Update. This was a couple of days ago and I still didn't get licence codes by mail or a confirmation that I really purchased them, although support by phone told me it would take 48 hours at maximum to get a confirmation of payment.

Anyhow; I am still stuck with the free trial versions of both AVG Tune Up and AVG Driver Update and I don't know what to do to get them both working as they should as paid versions. (I tried to reinstall the Tune Up Unlimited, but that didn't work because it still says my trial version will run out and I need to buy PRO to make sure I can use the program after that. Also, when trying to update my drivers using AVG Driver Update, it asks for an activation code which I didn't receive yet.)

My laptop regularly shuts down completely due to drivers which are not entirely up to date, so I need to update as soon as possible. Please, is there anybody who can tell me what to do?
