Hi Avinash
Today I followed the link that you gave to me; I downloaded the Windows XP compatible VPN software and installed it. Why you kept sending a later windows version when you know full well that I had been running on XP for the last 3 years I will never understand.
Apart from being difficult and confusing to do, I eventually achieved it even though the instructions were scarce.
I was then confronted with the countdown message stating I had 312 days remaining, when I had only at that very moment installed it. According to my calculations you either extend it to 365 days remaining or pay back 53 days (£5.08) into my bank account.
I did mention in my last message that after I had paid on 22 April 2021 for the year you did offer a much more acceptable price for 3 years subscription but I could not find a way to contact you and accept your offer this time you never responded, I would still consider an offer were you to give me the opportunity.
Kind regards

I have paid the subscription for another year and downloaded the "avg_vpn_online_setup" but when I try to run the download all I get is this message “avg_vpn_online_setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I have downloaded it several times now and tried over and over again to run it but it just will not work.
I have tried to get in touch with AVG but they do not supply an email address.
I will not make a telephone call to America form England because of cost as I don't believe I will get the help required.
They email me with a no reply email saying that they have noticed that I have not activated my VPN.
I have emailed atlanticpaypalukSARLcs@digitalriver.com the company who collected my subscription on behalf of AVG giving full details and asking for a refund but they have not replied.
I do sincerely believe that AVG are a rip off company who hide from its customers.
Can anyone help plase?

HI Veeramani
Thank you for your reply.
The operating system installed in my PC is Microsoft Windows XP.
My 3 year VPN subscription ran out this year, it was installed on this very desktop PC. It worked perfectly well until expiry. I wanted to renew for another 3 years but your price had risen ridiculously high so I settled for a 1 year subscription instead.
I might add that since paying you for the 1 year subscription you have offered 3 years at a more acceptable price but I have not been able to get in touch with you, consequently I have paid for a year which won’t install and am unable to accept your new offer and you are still holding my fee all because you have no contact emails and only send out noreply emails to us.
As I said I down loaded it to the same computer using the same operating system as before but your renewal program just will not install.
I am attempting to send you a screenshot of the error message which I get when trying to install AVG Secure VPN but I keep getting this message.
"Sorry, we're currently hard at work improving our Support Center." but as I said the Error message is “avg_vpn_online_setup.exe is not a valid Win32
I have searched since the day of download to contact you and found that it is abundantly clear that you make yourselves un-communicable which is very bad, please review and reverse this choice making yourselves more available to assist with the flaws that your customers encounter with your products.
Kind regards
