Paid for renewal of subscription but still saying my account expired and needs renewal

Hi, I have paid and renewed my subscription 2 days ago (where confirmation email received and my credit card charged) but my AVG is still saying it needs renewal.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG but does not fix the problem.
And can't seem to get the online chat with AVG support to work (in China).
Please help.

Hi, I have followed your instructions = logout -> remove license -> relogin with account
However I still couldn't login to activiate and the message says "sorry, we have run into a problem, try again later".
