Hello

I purchased AVG protection at £20.28 in February but it keeps asking me to pay in order to allow AVG to rid my laptop of detected issues.  I've seen the post directing how to sort this but…excuse ignorance, how due I open AVG Internet Security?  Is it an icon I should see?
