i wanted to renewel my subscription, so i paid like 99 euro's for it. now i paid, but on my avg app it gave an error screen...

Now my money is gone, but i dont got a renewel. how do i get my money back?

i tried calling te customer service, but they dont pick up.

I thougth maybe iit was a wrong number and when i thougth i found the correct one, but it was a shady guy trying to scam me asking me to change my password etc...

 

Now how can i fix this or reach avg directly?
