Paid for Tune-Up but still says expires today

The title says it all. I followed the instructions
I opened Internet security
I clicked on Connect
I logged into AVG MyAccount

My subscriptions show that I have paid for Tune-Up  Yet when I try to use Tune-Up, I am told it expires today

What have I missed?
