Thank you for contacting us. You seem to have installed AVG Zen on your PC. Please note that AVG Zen is not required for AVG Internet security. Please uninstall AVG Zen as described in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen ) and then re install AVG Internet security.

I paid for two years Internet Security only to be told after 18 months that I've been stuck on the free version for all that time and there's no way to activate the product as the Activate option is missing from the Options menu and there doesn't appear to be another way to do it. My online AVG account shows the subscription but it never activated on my pc… I've requested a refund but am not hopeful I'll get it. Advice anyone?
AVG Zen wouldn't uninstall without removing AVG IS so I've removed all of them and am reluctant to put it back on until someone explains why I ended up paying for two concurrent licenses of IS over the last 18 months without either being activated.
