Has anyone else paid for an upgrade and then have avg not give it to you, i showed them all the screen shots of my purchase and that my avg still shows no upgrade, and i have tried the uninstalling and reinstalling it thing a few times, with no results, i have emailed support a few times with all my info and they still refuse to honor my purchase and are refusing to respond with anymore info other than they are reviewing it, its been 2 weeks and still nothing, all this headache over a 9.99 upgrade, and they wont give me a refund as well, i have given my attorney all the info as well, and avg doesnt think i will go after them for theft of services, i just wanted the upgrade, but since avg refuses to honor their end of the purchase, i have considered that theft, and its not the cost that has me mad, its the principle of the agreement, so if anyone else has had this issue we could get more together for a bigger lawsuit, and get these thieves to pay back what they stole.
