Paid for VPN, still says expired

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would suggest you to logout and log back in to AVG Zen app once and wait for another couple of hours.  

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In. 

If the issue persist, I would suggest you to get connected with our remote support team to get further help. I have sent you an email with instructions on how to establish a remote connection. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.

I paid for AVG VPN about 40 days ago, I read it would start automatically as long as i log in.
i did, nothing happens.
