I bought the yearly subscription for full protection and it still shows I have basic.  I've restarted my computer three times now and still it is not updating/linking the paid account with the free one.  As a side note, the instructions of 'connecting' the accounts is not accurate, there was not a connect button in the upper right as the directions indicated.

It also shows that I need to renew 11/25/2018 but it should not expire until 12/30/2018.  At this point, I'd like my money back because I cannot link my PAID account.  How do I get a refund?! How do I link my paid account with the free account if I cannot get a refund?
