Hello. I paid for a subscription last month and it has been running fine, but now I keep getting a screen that tells me my free trial has ended. I've tried downloading and installing again from my account, but it just throw me the 'free trial ended' screen again.
What to do?

Hello, yes the notification I am getting is from AVG tune up. I probably activated a code on my older laptop. This one I'm getting the notification code from is a new laptop. I tried the code shown in my subs page yesterday (WK removed) but it kept telling me it was invalid.
I have uninstalled tune up, downloaded it again from the subs page as an exe file, but when it finishes installing it simply throws me the trial end screen each time. Thanks.
