Paid subscription cannot start working

Are you facing issue in installing this protection program?
If yes could you please provide the exact error code that you receive so that we can assist you better?

thanks for responding. When I purchased the program, I thought I installed, it, or I did install something, and it turned out to be a trial program which now has expired and i have no  protection, and I do not know which program I have and how I should install it. many thanks for your assistance. We request you to run the AVG remover tool and remove the traces of your old AVG program and then install the AVG protection multi-device.
1) To download the AVG remover tool please click on this link: 
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
