Paid subscription for full protection....AVG says I only have basic

I paid my subscription (automatically every year) on the 26th January 2018.
After an AVG update a few days ago AVG is now asking for me to renew!
I have paid for full protection and AVG is only stating BASIC protection.

I apologize for the inconvenience. It could be possible if the program didn't activated with the new license number. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Enter the new license and click ok.
