Paid subscription has dropped down to free protection

Upon checking your record, we see that the current subscription for AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription) is going to expire on 6th April 2017.
It has auto renewal progress ongoing and soon you will be charged but we see that an order for the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) already initiated on 20th February 2017 but the status is still "UNPAID".

We have a paid subscription for full protection.  Last Thursday it dropped to free protection and only monitors two options.  I am getting "Scan now every hour" also.  How do I get our full subscription back without buying it again.  We are paid through April 2017
