Paid subscription not in account-- and more

I understand this must be upsetting.
I see that you have purchased the license for AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) expiring on 3rd August 2018 and AVG Internet Security (1 computer) expiring on 10th February 2019.
The reason for AVG subscription not showing on AVG my account should be due to synchronization issue the server of AVG my account.
I have sent an email for you to attach the screenshot of AVG my account page along with the email address displayed at the top.
Regarding the buy now popup, I request you to open AVG Internet Security, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
Let me know whether you have an option as "remove license" or "Log out" and the expiry date displayed on it.

.  I'm now getting a black and red screen that asks me to pay again.  There are no products in my account and I can't see any of my billing information.  I've been a subscriber for 3 years.  Ridiculous
