Paid subscription won't activate

I've been waiting for someone to contact me about the various issues I'm having with AVG products since the middle of June. I am paying for software that I am unable to use and almost two months of waiting to get a response is beyond a joke. This truly is a shoddy service and not what I would have expected.
if you could give me an idea how much longer I am expected to wait it would be appreciated.

Thanks. When I trying to download AVG Driver Updater - which is paid for - I get the error code 124.

I have a paid subscription to cleaner pro bought through the play store and it will not activate on my phone. Whenever I press the link to restore my subscription from the Google play store the app just opens the support files webpage. I have tried everything in the support files and nothing works so I am unable to restore my subscription.
any help would be much appreciated.
